Certificate of absence of HIV-1 infection translated into the Russian language. 6. Medical form of eligibility for studying in Russia. All documents issued outside Russia must be legalized prior to submission in accordance with the law of the Russian Federation: undergo consular legalization (in the Consulate of the Russian Federation in the country where the document was issued) or bear an Apostille stamp (for documents issued in the countries that are parties to The Hague Convention).
