Notarized translation of the education certificate into Russian. 4. Certificate of recognition of foreign education. Certificate of absence of HIV-1 infection translated into the Russian language. 6. Medical form of eligibility for studying in Russia. All documents issued outside Russia must be legalized prior to submission in accordance with the law of the Russian Federation: undergo consular legalization (in the Consulate of the Russian Federation in the country where the document was issued) or bear an Apostille stamp (for documents issued in the countries that are parties to The Hague Convention). Original documents rather than copies should be legalized! Please note that every country has its own requirements of legalization and recognition of education certificates.
